Consumer Market Study

You are creating a project plan using MS Project for Consumer Market Study.

Start Microsoft Project and in Project Information enter the project start date as December 7, 2021. Please enter all tasks and subtasks (please remember the indentation of a task in the table indicates a subtask), their durations and dependencies based on the table given in the next page. For example, the task "Questionnaire" has two subtasks Design and Responses. Design has subtasks such as Identify Target Consumers. Please ensure that subtasks are created appropriately in MS Project and the indentation is not created by the Tab key in your keyboard. Task numbers are automatically assigned by MS Project. Start doing your work with task number 1 and don't insert Consumer Market Study as a task in MS Project. After you complete your assignment, please insert a summary task by selecting the summary button in the insert group of Task tab in MS Project. This will insert the project name as Task 0.

Please ensure that all tasks are automatically scheduled, and all additional requirements indicated in the footnotes have been incorporated. Please do not assign any resources for the project.

December 25th and January 1st must be treated as holidays.

Also schedule half a day holiday on December 24th afternoon.

  • What is the expected completion date for the project without any resource constraints?
  • Which activities (activity numbers and activity names) are critical for the month of January 2022? (if a critical activity starts in December but is completed in January, then list the activity as critical for January 2022)
