COP 4260 RESTful Web Service

Create a RESTful web service that returns some information about it in XML format such as

< RestfulWebService>
< name>Homework RESTful Web Service< /name>
< version>0.1< /version>
< /RestfulWebService>

And also can convert tablespoons to ounces.

1 tablespoon = 0.5 ounce

Each service needs to have its own path. So when you run them it looks something like this see image.
