1. Write a program that prints the United States flag, using * and = characters.
2. Write a program to compute the change in quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies to be returned from a one-dollar bill. Take in interactively the amount of purchase (which must be less than one dollar). Calculate and print the change, and number of quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies to be given as change. Note: The simplest way to solve this problem is to use integer division and modulo operator. Test the program twice with inputs of your choice. Show your results from both tests.
