SayWhat Audiology has an automated system that specializes in providing hearing testing and hearing aid fitting services to its customers. Customers can also come to get fitted for custom ear molds and assistive listening devices, all through the use of virtual audiometry equipment where the customer is able to directly interact with the automated system! The lead audiologist, who sits at the SayWhat kiosk, will bill the Assistive Devices Program for any devices that qualify for a government subsidy. The customer also receives a copy of their hearing test and an invoice for services provided.
